I’m originally from Brazil, I’ve called Ireland home for over 20 years. Uprooting and raising a family abroad has given me firsthand insight into the challenges it brings.
With experience in the Cork community, from corporate roles to supporting vulnerable families and working in the disability sector, my focus is on a compassionate and anti-oppressive practice.
I have experience working with multicultural families, the neurodiverse community, and adults affected by Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE). I'm also very aware of the struggles of carers dealing with mental health issues, social oppression, hectic schedules, and high self-expectations.
Whether you want to boost your quality of life, find a fresh perspective, build resilience, or simply feel seen and heard, I’m here to support you on your journey.
