Free 15-Minute Online Assessment: Discover if therapy is right for you with a complimentary 15-minute online assessment. I'll address any questions you have about how counselling works and explain the therapeutic contract, including confidentiality and safety policies.

Weekly Sessions: Each individual session is 50 minutes long, priced at €55. Special rates are offered for students and seniors.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur partial charge.

Booking: Appointments can be made via WhatsApp messages or email only.

Language/Location: Sessions available in English and Portuguese. Sessions available in Douglas, Cork .
